How can you shrink soccer goalie gloves?

I got a pair of gloves from my coach last season, but I didn't use them at all because they were too big. Are there any ways that I could possibly shrink them? This might sound like a stupid question, but they are really good quality gloves, and I want to use them.

Yeah you can wash them every time there is a load done in your house (washing machine), just make sure the straps are strapped on.

Then, whenever the dryer is used, put them in there as well.

This will slowly shrink them, although it would be quicker just to use them as they are now, and pull the strap tighter.
